Southern Breakfast, Thakkali thokku and Happy new year

Hi Readers,


We are happy to wish you all a very happy and prosperous New Year. Nothing much going on here. Just relaxing(that includes cooking and my daughter) and the festive season. Made a southern breakfast for a change. Always wanted to try the "grits", fried egg, veggie sausages and toast.


Then made another batch of Thakkali thokku. You can find the recipe here. This is one of the family favourites. Hope all of you are having lots of fun like we do.
