Onion Parathas


Ingredients:
1 cup wheat flour
1 cup onion(finely chopped)
1/2 tsp ajwain
salt to taste
oil
Method:
1. To the flour add the chopped onion , chopped coriander, salt, ajwain and required amount of warm water and knead well into to soft dough
2. Take a small ball of the dough, and roll it out into circular rotis
3. Heat the gridlle , and cook the roti on both sides using oil till well done
4. Serve with raitha or pickle.
