5 segments of jackfruit
1 cup rice
1/4 cup grated coconut
salt to taste
1. Soak rice for 5 hours. Grind rice along with jackfruit, chillies , coconut and salt to a batter.
2. Grease the tava, and pour a spoonful of batter on it and make it into dosas
3. Serve with a dollop of ghee and chutney.
