Spinach Fritters


This fritters turned out cruchier and tastier than we expected. We were lucky to get ahold of the recipe. The kids loved it too.

Ingredients:

Besan- 1 cup
spinach - 1/2 cup drained
onion - 1/2 cup sliced
green chillies - 3-4
Red chili powder - 1 tsp
cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
salt


Method:

Mix all the ingredients together and fry them in hot oil. Tasty fritters ready.
