Maida bonda

Hi all,
Here we are posting a very simple and easy to prepare evening tea time snack that our mom used to make . Even our children take after us, and simply love these yummy bondas. It is simply relishing and tasty, so we decided to post the recipe of this maida bonda.

Ingredients:

Maida(All purpose flour) - 2 cups
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Sour curd - 1 cup
Onion - 2 (finely chopped)
Green chillies - 3 (finely chopped)
Cumin seeds - 1/4 th tsp
Salt- to taste
Oil for frying

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and allow it to stand for half to one hour long
2. In a Frying pan heat oil and the with the help of a teaspoon scoop the bonda batter and drop into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
3. It can be either had with coconut chutney or simply our all time favorite tomato sauce.
